the abt

The ABT is an open centre style body which provides you with the most payload possible. A popular choice among customers who solely operate a car transport business.

FEATURES AND OPTIONS

Our choice of winch is the Warrior brand. A well established brand loved by many.

Warrior has full support within the UK with an online parts store for your ease of repair.

STRAPPING

Lashing points are distributed on both sides of the vehicle at optimum places. Recommended and standard on our stock is over wheel strapping holes in the floor. This method prevents damage to the wheels with wheel chokers.

RAMP SYSTEM

On the ABT models the ramps are hidden behind the bumper which folds down via two locking bolts to provide access to our signature standard ramps with built in extensions for your ease of loading lowered vehicles.

AIR ASSIST

As standard we fit an air assist suspension system, this helps provide a more comfortable ride and ride height. Our systems are manually operated via a pressure gauge located near the driver seat for easy use.

RAMP BLOCKERS

Ramp blockers can be fitted as an optional extra to provide you more confidence when loading on uneven surfaces.

mounted accessories

Spare wheel mounts can be fitted to the side for easy access. We also have a wide range of other products and accessories such as cones, spill kits, fire extinguishers etc.

ams flyer

Our signature AMS flyer provides a stylish look as well acts as a barrier for the cab. It also provides the capability of fitting LED lighting without the need of creating holes in the cab.

STORAGE

We have a multitude of options for storage boxes when it comes to size and material type to store all your tools for the job away from the elements. LED lighting can be fitted for better visibility at night.

The ABT-F is a versatile piece of equipment, from road collisions, basic transport to motorbikes, the ABT-F is an all in one package. The filled centre provides a clean slick look and provides for those who do more than just transport.

ADdITIONAL RAMPS

Additional ramps may be added and accessed via the side of the vehicle. Usually this is to support plant machinery or trailers. On the ABT-70F this can be used to store extension ramps as well as a third ramp for trailers

towbar

As standard we fit a detachable towbar on the ABT-35F. On the ABT-70F we fit an adjustable towbar to compensate for vehicles larger ride height and full air suspension systems.

ANDERSON CONNECTOR

We can fit Anderson connectors to your vehicle to allow for quick and easy jump starting of broken down vehicles.

The ABT-E

the abt-E

The ABT-E is the king of features, a close relative of the ABT-F model, it sports all the similar design features but uses a different ramp holding mechanism where the ramps use a kick out lever to be held in place in conjunction with a sliding winch mount. The ABT-E also utilizes a more robust design and is therefore popular among our customers for recovery purposes.

FEATURES AND OPTIONS

The ABT-E winch is mounted on a sliding platform for better positioning while winching.

Our choice of winch is the Warrior brand. A well established brand loved by many.

STRAPPING

Lashing points are distributed on both sides of the vehicle at optimum places. The ABT-E features as standard three rows of reinforced over wheel strapping points. This method of strapping helps prevent scratches to the rim of cars via wheel chokers.

RAMP SYSTEM

On the ABT-E the ramps are held in place via a kickout lever. The ramps are also held in place and secured via a welded block to prevent thieves from ruining your day. The ramps can be adjusted by sliding them across the ramp guides.

AIR ASSIST

As standard on the ABT-E we fit an air assist suspension system, this helps provide a more comfortable ride and ride height. Our systems are manually operated via a pressure gauge located near the driver seat. Factory chassis air when available is standard.

RAMPs

The ramps are our latest design which feature built in extensions. A ribbed surface and grip sticker on the extension portion provides great grip. A bar placed at the end of the ramp helps with removal of the ramps.

The ABT-H is our answer to our customers and the ever changing challenges facing the recovery industry. Vehicles are becoming heavier especially with the introduction of EVs, so we created the ultimate and more affordable upgrade from 3.5T trucks.

STRAPPING

Lashing points are distributed on both sides of the vehicle at optimum places. The ABT-H features two rows of over wheel strapping, this method of strapping is popular with our customers as it minimizes damage to the rims of car by using wheel chokers.

RAMP SYSTEM

On the ABT-H the ramps are accessed via a hatch door supported by gas struts for ease of operation. The door features two lockable handles to keep your ramps with built in extensions say from thieves.

AIR Suspension

As standard on the ABT-H the trucks must have this factory option for optimal loading and ride comfort. The IVECO air comes with full controls and is an automated system with manual control for fine adjustment when loading and offloading vehicles.

spare tyre

The spare tyre is mounted underneath the bed with quick and easy access. This is the standard location and therefore is warrantable by IVECO.
